Delivery & Returns

Delivery
We endeavour for all our products to be sent in recyclable packaging wherever possible. Pampas stems are sent in long cardboard packages. 
We aim to get your delivery sent out to you within 5 working days, occasionally during busy periods this may take a little longer and take up to 10 working days. Our team works hard to make sure your items arrive as quickly as possible - we know you will be excited for your products to arrive! Please bear in mind our working week is Tuesday-Saturday in the shop. If your order is time sensitive please drop us a message and we will do our best to meet your needs. Please note shipping companies can at times be unpredictable, we cannot accept any responsibilities for delayed items or guarantee delivery dates. 
UK shipping is £4.50 via Evri. Once your item is with Evri we can unfortunately not take any responsibility for delayed items. If an item is lost in transit or takes more than 7 days to arrive from when we posted the item please contact us and we will contact Evri on your behalf to investigate the issue. We can then issue a refund to you or resend the items.
International shipping can be calculated upon request. 
If you are not available to accept your product order, it is your responsibility to get in touch with the delivery company to rearrange a delivery time.
Returns
If you would like to return your item for any reason you can do so within 14 days excluding all shipping costs. Bespoke orders are non returnable. To start a return please fill out our Contact Form or email wildbellsboutique@gmail.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible with details on how you can do this. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
