Wildbells Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order with Wildbells Florist, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all our customers.
2. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.
- Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the arrangement will be prepared as per the customer’s request, as close to the desired style as possible.
- Prices are subject to change due to seasonal availability or supplier changes, but you will always be informed prior to confirmation.
3. Flower Availability & Substitutions
- Flowers are seasonal, and availability may vary. In the event that certain stems are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar bloom of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style and colour palette.
- We will always aim to contact you in advance if any significant changes need to be made.
4. Delivery Policy
- We offer local delivery on the agreed date. However, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- If no one is available to receive the flowers, we will attempt to leave them in a safe place or with a neighbour, and a delivery note will be left. If this is not possible, redelivery or collection may need to be arranged.
5. Delays & Order Errors
- While we strive for punctuality and accuracy, Wildbells is not liable for delays in delivery or product errors in the order caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, extreme weather, supply issues or human error.
- In the rare event of an error or delay, we will work to rectify the issue as quickly as possible and always within 48 hours.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a charge to cover the cost of materials and preparation already undertaken.
- Refunds will not be given for changes of mind once flowers have been delivered, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
7. Freshness & Flower Care
- All flowers are prepared fresh and handled with care. Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided to ensure the longevity of their flowers.
- If you believe your flowers have not arrived in suitable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, with a photo where possible, so we can investigate and offer a resolution.
8. Contact & Complaints
- We value our customers and welcome feedback. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us directly at wildbellsboutique@gmail.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.
- Any issues must be raised within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for review or compensation.
