COLLECTION: If you cannot make on exact day, we will keep aside until you can make it. Please do not try collect before your chosen collection date unless confirmed with us directly.
DELIVERY: UK-wide delivery is shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically arrives within 24 hours. However, as Royal Mail is a third-party service, delivery within this timeframe cannot be guaranteed. Please allow up to 48 hours for your stems to arrive. At checkout, be sure to select ‘Pre-Paid Fresh Delivery’.
Fresh spruce branches provide a lush, aromatic base, while silvery eucalyptus adds soft movement and a soothing fragrance. Bright red ilex berries add a festive pop of colour making this bouquet a perfect centrepiece or thoughtful gift.

Longevity : With proper care, your bouquet should stay fresh and festive for around 10–14 days. The eucalyptus will dry beautifully, allowing you to enjoy its soft colour and scent well beyond that.
Please note: The ilex berries & spruce stems are naturally delicate and may shed in the box during transit, this is completely normal & expected and won’t affect the beauty or longevity of your bouquet.
Care Instructions
On arrival, remove all packaging and trim the stems at a diagonal angle. Place the bouquet in a clean vase filled with fresh, cool water. Keep away from direct heat sources and drafts to prolong freshness. Change the water every 2–3 days and re-trim the stems slightly to keep them hydrated.
